  • The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority has just launched its Clean Water Assistance Fund to help families pay their ALCOSAN bills. The program is available to low-income residential customers in all 83 municipalities ALCOSAN serves. For more information, view the description here.
  • PCRG’s Policy Coordinator, Kathryn Schlesinger, sends out a Biweekly Mobility Eblast with events, webinars, and other related transportation and transit activities taking place in the region. Send Kathryn an email at kschlesinger@pcrg.org to be included on the list.

  • We are currently recruiting for a AmeriCrops Program VISTA at the PCRG office that will begin their year of service on March 21, 2017. Originally from Pittsburgh, Brigid briefly left to study Political Science - concentrating on US National Government - Education, and Studio Arts at the College of Wooster, located in the quaint town of Wooster, OH. During a summer stint in England, Brigid changed it up and studied UK Politics, adding to her understanding of government systems. Brigid is thrilled to be back in her hometown and is ready to take her knowledge and use it throughout PCRG’s programs. You can find Brigid hiking around Pittsburgh’s great outdoors, at any event with free music and food, or reading on her front porch.
