The Blight and Abandonment Coalition (BAC) is a joint-effort between the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group (PCRG) and the Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT). BAC is a collaboration of non-profit, community-based organizations,and local municipal governments in Pittsburgh’s Urban Core who have an interest in eliminating blight and revitalizing communities.
BAC meets the 4th Monday of every month (Please Note: NOT the last Monday) from 2:30-4:30 PM at PCRG Offices and is open to community groups, municipal officials and other interested parties from the municipalities surrounding the City of Pittsburgh.

* The May and November Meetings will be joint meetings between BAC and PCRG’s City of Pittsburgh Vacant Property Working Group. These meetings will be Friday from 9-11 AM at PCRG’s office.
