The Working Group on Consumer Products (WGCP) is one of two new working groups at PCRG. WGCP is beginning to work to develop an array of competitive, effective and obtainable consumer mortgage products that serve our diverse neighborhoods and residents who wish to invest in themselves and their communities.
WGCP’s chief goal is to have a Purchase Rehab product developed and on the market by June 30, 2011. We have recently received commitments from both Fifth Third Bank and Parkvale Bank to join us in the creation of a purchase rehab product.
We look forward to input from our members and communities as WGCP continues to grow in the coming months.
WGCP meets the second Wednesday of each month at 3 PM at PCRG and the fourth Wednesday of each month at 2 PM at the URA.
