Shequaya Bailey, a native of Pittsburgh, PA graduated from Peabody High School, received a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in business administration at University of Phoenix. 

Her experience through the nonprofit sector spans approximately 16 years working in various capacities, which has given her the ability to be the MacGyver of many things operations. Her deep commitment to seeing this region thrive is exemplified by her commitment to support nonprofits that she volunteers for through board service or mentorship. Those organizations include: Pittsburgh Major Taylor Cycling Club, PCRG, BikePGH, Pittsburgh Youth Leadership, MajorForce Youth Cycling Program, & Ruach Bicycle Club.
