Small Business Resource Guide

About the Small Business Resource Guide

Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group (PCRG) is a coalition of nonprofit community based organizations and their core partners dedicated to the revitalization of urban neighborhoods. Through advocacy, policy creation, tool development and community empowerment through capacity building, we strive to create a more supportive environment for community revitalization in the Pittsburgh region.

Our members recognize that small businesses are often unable to secure capital in start-up or expansion phases as they may not be prepared or just don’t know where to turn to advance a successful case for their new business or expansion. This guide is meant as a resource to our partners and communities to direct them to great resources to help them with their small business clients. In order to facilitate communication on available resources, we created this guide to share existing programs from our partners like local banks, community development agencies, small business centers, the Small Business Administration, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and Allegheny County Economic Development.

The Small Business Resource Guide is a hub of information in which users are able to navigate to the appropriate pages and links to find assistance covering a variety of specific topics from facade improvements and technical consulting to gap financing and women or minority owned business programs.
