Midtier Bankers Collaborative Council

Launched in 2014, the Midtier Bankers Collaborative Council (MBCC) brings together representatives from the region’s larger banks with community leaders. The MBCC mirrors the structure of the Community Bankers Collaborative Council (CBCC).

The MBCC is a collaborative forum of community leaders and bank industry leaders whose purpose is to build stronger low and moderate income communities and the wealth of underserved populations by increasing equal opportunity and fair access to credit, capital, and the full range of financial services. The MBCC discusses regulatory issues that specifically affect the larger bank cohort and works to enhance opportunities for lending in LMI and minority communities. Our membership provides the on-the-ground perspective to help direct attention to the needs of our communities.
